Printing Services
We offer a range of printing services for your packaging requirements.
Digital Printing:
Digital printing doesn’t requires the use of printing plates or transfer stickers. By connecting specially designed printing machines, computers can print images directly onto the chosen media material. There are no stages between the finished digital image and the printing process, making it much quicker and easier than traditional printing methods.
How it works:
- The image is created in CMYK
- The image files are formatted to the correct file type for the machines used and sent directly to the print head. High-quality file formats are used to keep the image crisp and clear.
Flexographic Printing (Flexo):
Flexo printing allows printing onto the materials we use:
- Corrugated board and folding box board
It evolved from traditional letterpress printing, incorporating high-speed rotary functionality. The process involves using flexible rubber printing plates to transfer ink onto the various surfaces
How It Works:
- Pre-press: This critical step involves preparing the artwork and creating the flexible plates. Accuracy is crucial to avoid wasted ink and materials.
- The flexible sterio is attached to the impression cylinder
- Ink compatibility with the substrate is essential
- Printing Stations:
- Each press has multiple printing stations, with each station responsible for printing a single color.
- Rollers transfer ink to the plates.
- The plate cylinder and impression cylinder apply pressure to transfer ink from the plate to the substrate.
Litho-Laminate Printing Process:
Litho laminated printing produces printed packages at the highest quality available.
How it works:
- A photographic quality printed sheet is laminated (glued) to the thicker board.
- This creates maximum visual impact as well as a strong, sturdy finished product.
- It can be further enhanced by the addition of foiling and embossing
